#3 Highway, British Columbia

Recently did a trip on the #3 Highway in Southern BC. Great highway. Alot of it is 2 lane with good road surface and loads of curves and hills. It starts outside of Hope and flows through to Alberta, Medicine Hat. I've been as far as Castlegar and the road was fantastic. I also traveled up the 3A to Nelson and the 31, 31A, 6, and 23 to Revelstoke. All were fantastic rides especially the 31a. The whole road trip takes you from deserts to mountains and everything in between. A definite recommended ride. The road from kamloops to Cache creek was great and the road from Cache creek to Pemberton as well, just make sure you have new brakes!! I was a bit nervous with the burning smell. The views on those were tremendous as well as the roads. BC is made for bikes.
