The VB Messenger Poll

Got me thinking again. Went back & checked again & my use vb messenger is not checked & my enable private messaging is checked. Still when I click on any members name I can't send a private message, only way I can is to go to message center & create a PM then type in user name then PM. When I click on most anyone's user name the user profile page comes up & the line that should say send private message is blank. When I click on Rich82gs750tz, on his profile page, where it should say send private message, his says Hide User Customizations, Not positive, but I don't remember seeing that on anyone else's profile page page

I have PM and Vb Messenger enabled at the same time. Another member just sent me a chat and I responded. Kind of neat that it opens the chat it a new window. OK, can I change my vote?

I wouldn't be surprised by combinations that work in ways I have yet to explore. heh eh

If I am exchanging words with someone in real time by us typing them into a computer that means they are available for me to just call them and communicate by voice. Why would I not want to do that? To me the beauty of communicating by computer is that I can keep up my half of the conversation as my time permits and the other party can do the same. There does not have to be a specific period of time when neither of us has anything more important or more pressing to do. Or is that thinking too old school?
