    RIP Canadians great Guy Lafleur

    I loved watching him play when I was a kid in the 70s....nobody does tributes like the Montreal Canadians!

    Another old dead guy. Last time I watched playoff till end was 76 or so.
    in one game some cement head took a dirty hard hit on lafleur and the complexion of the game changed

    As most were maskless and helmetless you could see the grim anger as revenge was systematically achieved.

    He also dodged a bunch of rebar that went through his windshield 80s ish iirc.

    Now we need a collective of folks to ball boot the millennials who never saw him play yet post arselicking accolades on FB and other sites.

        A very cool story about Guy on CBC this morning. Made me smile

        In April 1988, Lafleur and his son, Martin, flew 1,472 kilometres from Montreal to Inukjuak for the dual inauguration of the community’s new Tikittavik Airport and the Sikulik Arena.

        34 years later, Guy Lafleur is remembered by the small Inuit village that welcomed him
