My, my, my.....omg they arrived.
alas the boot has been torn but its wire had rusted to scale.
used barkeepers friend to dissolve the corrosion.
Snap ring is well good and stuck.
im going to heat cycle by freezing then dunking into boiling water.
the ring has to spin in itz groove as the ears are 180degrees from an orientation the pliers can get at.1983 GS 550 LD
