Seems like I remember a guy like him showing up at my house, with a trailer, some time back.....................

Then the 2020 Tracer 900GT went missing from the garage!

When I die, just cremate me and put me in my GS tank. That way I can go through these carbs, one more time!https://www.thegsresources.com/_forum/core/images/smilies/cool.png

What a sickness. Considering a GT750 project for cheap right now and another 1150 that's cheap and almost complete but 800 miles away. No cure for this disease.

Eh, lots of guys look like me, non-descript nerds. I'm sure it's just a coincidence.

My experience is, I have a 2001 BMW that is listed on 4 different sites and has been for between 2 and 3 months and I cannot get any traffic, (I did get one guy from Dallas to inquire about it and I think he was serious but he just could not convince himself to travel nearly 800 miles to trailer it back another 800 miles to his home.) I think due to the fact of my middle of the country location.

Soooo, sometime in the near future I am going to take the thing out to Mesa, Az. and leave it in my sister's garage until after the 1st of next year and I likely will get it sold.

I feel confident that this will work as it was how I sold my last bike 3 years ago. Plus, if it gets too cold and snowy here, I can fly out there and ride it in their prime riding season.

It's been a tough market this year, after the heady days of the summer of 2022. I noticed as early as June of this year, which is normally peak bike selling season, that prices had softened way up. Seems that the interest rates bumping up and the last of the "easy" Covid money had dried up. And now especially as we get towards the end of the riding season in areas of the country with a winter, there's the normal price slump as people are looking to unload bikes so they don't have to store them over the winter. I took a decent little hit to get my Bandit sold two weeks ago.
