No heat in the garage, Sandy.
First of many i brought inside was the '78 GS1000. When the ex-wife moved out i asked the moving guys if they could leave the loading ramp in place so i retrieved it from the garage and rode it into the living room.

Having a motorcycle or two in the house is obviously a great conversation starter both positive and negative but for me now they have become almost like pieces of art.
I can sit and look at them and think about past rides or repairs and/or ponder on the upcoming riding season.

      Christmas Day 2022.

          Exactly. Better than TV sometimes.

          ALMOST like pieces of art?

As I have been pondering building a house once I am settled in in the new profession, and since I have access to a good friend who builds steel buildings, I have begun plans for a sort of Garage Mahal, with the living area wrapping around the garage itself and allowing access to the garage area from multiple points. Not exactly bikes and cars in the house, but windows from several points looking in at the central auto/moto space and doors leading into that area from several areas.

Better still! The whole garage in the house.

The garage will be a windowed in centerpiece to the house.

Jealousy will get you nowhere, maybe you could ask your mom if it's OK first, she's pretty easy to convince.

I refurbed my burgundy and orange 78C in the living room when i first got it in Michigan. Roped it up and lifted onto the deck with the tractor bucket and stuffed through the door. Took it out with the tractor bucket too.

I can PROUDLY sayim a member of the lowlife class mentioned.. and i wont apologise either

I would rather trust my bike to a "QUACK" that KNOWS how to fix it rather than a book worm that THINKS HE KNOWS how to fix it.
