A while ago a guy steals a Harley from in front of a bar in Vancouver. A block later the cops were all over him and he's arrested. While in the cop car he asked the arresting officer how they got on him so quick. Their bad luck is not being raised or not learning enough, when they were young, to know not to put themselves in that situation...
