    Am I out of touch?

    The little girls who used to come up to me and tell me they liked my motorcycle between giggles are a wee bit bigger now and the Sportster is no more. Now they ask me what my favorite Taylor Swift song is and I always say, "Hard Day's Night."

    "What?" they say.

    "Unreleased. Very hard to get a copy of," and they go scurrying off on their phones at redline.

    As Bugs used to say, "Ain't I a stinker?"

    Taylor Swift is ok I guess.. I can listen to her, but nothing I've heard impresses me. Everything seems about average She certainly isn't any Barbara Streisand or Janis Joplan.

              Is one of the Jim"s listed above Jim Croce? (who didn't do "Hard Days Night")... Taylor Swift is just OK, but not in the same class as Gordon Lightfoot, Jim Croce, Anne Murray. To think many these days have never heard of them...

                Nope, sorry. Gordon is okay, but in that genre I go with Harry Chapin, a local boy.
