She seems to have disappeared around 1980. Never was big on oranges. I prefer a big tree ripened Hayden Mango any day. 50 times better than an orange and puts Ga peach to shame too. lol

Never did drink moonshine. I was always a bourbon guy, or sometimes Captain Morgan. Not for a long time now though.
These days, it's crystal light. lol

Mango is a different fruit, of course. I am not current on what is or is not allowed into USA but there are many varieties grown in other countries, some or many of which are/were forbidden entry into USA.

In Canada we never had such restrictions as mango is not grown here, and people would sometimes come up here to get mangoes that were flown in from South Asia areas, such as India and Pakistan. Their fruits are wonderful, and, while large mangoes tend to be stringy, theirs are not.

Ran into a guy last year who ran a batch of 110 proof corn liquor and put it into a charred 30 gallon barrel. He then suspended it in a tree for six months to get it working in and out of the wood. I'm not a big drinker but that was the absolute best $25 dollar quart mason jar I've ever bought! He also had some watermelon based liquor nowhere near as powerful that made you think you stuffed an entire florist shop in your nose, quite outstanding.

LONG list of previous bikes not listed here.

                  A quirky aside:

I have a friend who hosts an annual party for relatives, friends and neighbours.

He plans them a full year ahead and not only announces them, but issues invitations as soon as he chooses a date.
                  .

Not once in ten years has weather interfered with his plans.

This year's party was yesterday....great weather, sunny and warm, but not too hot.

It reminded me of last year, when the Saturday party went as scheduled, with great weather, even though it had rained heavily on Friday and again on Sunday.

i know not if this is any kind of record, but this man nails it, every time, and always a full year ahead. .
