One thing I didn't ask is, is your WiFi builtin or is it a USB dongle? If so, by plugging into different port will usually reload the driver.

It is built-in.
I looked at updates on my computer and confirmed it has all the latest windows updates so after checking the network device ....Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller,, Driver date 2021-08-11

I spent a while online and encountered a bit of luck....My computer is a Lenovo tiny device and on their site I found that Lenovo could scan my machine and automatically do the driver updates.

This was completed just five minutes ago so I do not how well it will prove to be, but it may all be done.
