As a young impressionable early teen, I still remember my older brother’s friend playing this tape in his Firebird at a campground. The instrumental second half of this song was one of my first favorite guitar sections. There’s still something wonderful about listening to a solo with a lead and rhythm guitar.

Sounds familiar, who else covered this song?

Heck, I don’t know. Guns ‘N Roses (yuck) covered Hair Of The Dog by them years ago. Other then that I have nothing.

Gosh, where did you dig that up at? That song sure brings up some memories. Cruising around in Dan Rynerth's Ford Galaxy. With Hair of the Dog on a 8-track loop. I lost a lot of brain cells in that car....

Sh1t juts pops into my head at times. I haven’t heard that one in years.
My random quoting of obscure song (to them anyway) lyrics and names drives the family crazy.

I've been revisiting "Traffic" a lot lately. I've been playing in on the Blue Tooth speaker on my bicycle. Right now, "John Barleycorn Must Die" and "Shootout at the Fantasy Factory". "Evening Blue" is a pretty well written song on there.

Forgot how much I loved this band until I found Toxicity and put it into the van's CD player.

Robert Palmer's "Sneaking through the alley with Sally, most people haven't heard it.

It occurred to me that many young people wont know that older TV's had the picture roll, and then there is the fine grain black and white distortion that showed up on the screen with no signal. Petty used both of those as an art form in the video. And the old school film projector burning up the film because of bulb heat at the end is another oldie. I don't know what Vanessa Redgrave, Joe Piscopo, and Eddie Murphy did to Tom bet they are all on the take back list. I saw an interview where Tom said there were 5 rapid subliminal clips in this video. I have only seen one of them and it wont show up on my workstation. I can see it on my galaxy Note though, it is a hot gal in a red swim suit @ 3:35 into the video.
