Had the 2 1/2year old at our house for a day (usally we go to thier house).

We had fun with various activitys, puzzle and such.
Went for walk with my brother in his neigborhood,
And the highlight of the day "go to a park that never been to before". She said that over and over with excitment.

"No frogs here, Papa."

Stayed with the 2 1/2yo a few day, while new grandbaby born, and then for the homecomming.


Exciting.

Big sister taking a while to warmup to the "baby boy".

Significant thing for me is that they named the middle name after my middle name, which is my uncles name who was killed in WWII.

We went to the Buffalo Museum of Science to see the mummy collection. Just me and 5 year old kid. He wasn't really sure about what a mummy was. He was definitely a bit scared at first. I had to do some explaining.

Anyway, he did enjoy the mummies but the thing that he really got into was the dinosaurs.








I'm so glad we got to go before the mummy exhibit ended. It was kind of a whole thing. Had to buy tickets online and we had a specific time to arrive. The covid restrictions weren't too hard to deal with though.

They say the Mitas E-07+ is a good all around ADV bike tire. We'll see. So far it looks like this guy likes it.

The first time I gave my granddaughter a ride on my ZX14 once her feet could reach the pegs, we came to a stop. I felt a tapping on my shoulder. I turned my head and she yells through her helmet, " This is AWESOME!"
A year later we joined a BMW shop ride. I like to stay near the front so I can keep an eye on the route. After a few twisties we came to a stop. She leaned forward and said in my ear, " Grandpa. We're faster than these guys "
