The school was old when I went there in the 60's and it still looks pretty much the same today.
VOriginally posted by Burque73 View PostI'm going with Gustovh's pic this week. That's not the prettiest or most artistic or whatever, but is exactly what I thought of when the theme was set.
My high schools, yeah more than one, are being torn down and rebuilt finally.Gustov

I have to comment on Kerry's "where I came from" picture.
har har har
Jedz, Agemax, Charlie, Trevor and Sandy really have good pics that show enough of the area to give and idea of what the area is like. Trevor taking unfair advantage of having wife posed there too.
Cowboy pic is good pic of what the riding is like there.
Wacky pic of dad on bike at adds extra level of "where came from".
Gustov pic has idea of "I" came from "there", by having him and "there" in picture.
Voting for Sandy.
Nicely posed pic of bike and area.http://webpages.charter.net/ddvrnr/GS850_1100_Emblems.jpg

I always say that "I am home wherever my ladies are."
Of course, I usually mean my wife and daughter, but for where I came from? You bet I'ma honor my mama. I'm home where she is, too.
I love Vince's high school pic, but my vote is for Wacky for the vintage pic."I have come to believe that all life is precious." -- Eastman, TWD6.4

Have family in town, so didn't post an entry, but I did have time today to look at the photos.
Really liked Charlie G'x shot, even though the horizon is slightly off, the picture is right up my alley.
Very much my style...
However, Redman gets my vote. Seriously one of the best pictures I've seen of his. The sky, the leading lines, everything is print and frame worthy.Bob T. ~~ Play the GSR weekly photo game: Pic of Week Game

Saturday. Vote Tally.
My count:
Gustov 2, Sandy 6, Jedz 2,
and Eli, Burque, Wacky & Redman 1 each.
So Justin Jedz can go on their honeymoon.
And congrats Sandy on another win .http://webpages.charter.net/ddvrnr/GS850_1100_Emblems.jpg

Thanks guys. The theme for this week will be fairly open as the theme will be the picture format rather than the actual subject matter. Let's see what you all have for a panorama shot. It can stitched shots, panoramas shot in camera or phone or maybe something like I posted that is just a cropped image. Yeah, I know mine is more mountains. LOL. Yours can be anything. This was taken a couple of days ago on an overnight trip to Waterton National Park that is adjacent to Glacier National Park in Montana.

...panoramic. This generally means it has an aspect ratio of 2:1 or larger, the image being at least twice as wide as it is high.
