Figured I would go out tonight and play with the camera some. I had to stand across the street for this picture or I would have been hit by traffic. It's still in use though probably not exactly as an Opera House

Here is my entry for photo of the week. This is the Kent Stage in beautiful downtown Kent, Ohio. It was built in 1927 it holds 624 people. After sitting vacant for a few years, in 2002 it was turned into a music hall/playhouse. It is great that it wasn't demolished, but restored to its original use. Several top bands have played there over the years. Kent is a cool college town with entertainment always going on. 👍Attached FilesMy Motorcycles:
22 Kawasaki Z900 RS (Candy Tone Blue)
22 BMW K1600GT (Probably been to a town near you)
82 1100e Drag Bike (needs race engine)
81 1100e Street Bike (with race engine)
79 1000e (all original)
82 850g (all original)

Well, shucks. I knew if I tried to compile the entries someone in a different time zone would get it done first. Oh well, it was worth a try. Thanks for doing that, Bob. Also, a note of thanks to other folks as well who take the time to get things organized for us all to enjoy. From the entry compilations to the vote tallies and spreadsheets, you guys rock!

This is odd, when I try to post it brings up the list of quoted posts I deleted previously. Even after closing the browser and reopening it, the list appears again. I'' try logging out and back in.
But first...I'll vote for Rich this week.
Guess I'll edit this instead of posting again here...
I logged out and got a message all cookies were cleared, then logged back in, but trying to reply to this thread still brings up the post I deleted. Weird...
Bob, the idea I had was to share an existing game with the GSR folks. I can't take credit for the format of this thing. After making the first post here, I contacted the guy that started this game on the other forum and mentioned this thread. He said "what? I'm getting a lawyer! Just kidding, LOL. Have fun with it."
I haven't checked back with that forum for quite a while now, but I assume it's still going on there too.Last edited by Burque73; 10-11-2019, 09:16 AM.

First, thanks for the vote.
I, too, was trying to take a stab at compiling the pictures this morning (trying to do my part). I had the same issue. You need to go back to one of the posts that you were trying to multi-quote and click on the multi-quote button to un-check it.Rich

Do have to comment on Scott cowboy, again. This and last weeks are strong submissions. Striking and artfull.
on mine I parked bike square and centered to the building and marque, for pic posed with full bike and margue and building all square and centered. But then also stepped to the side and took this pic with just front end of bike (emphasizing the shine on bricks in front of bike), but then the Building and marque not centered-square. Should have re-positioned the bike.
dork and rich pics get most of my attention.
will vote for dorkburger.http://webpages.charter.net/ddvrnr/GS850_1100_Emblems.jpg

I vote for COWBOY.. hopefully we can get this voting system under control. Last week there was a "Hanging Chad" or something. Some kind of shenanigans going on... 🙂My Motorcycles:
