His first ride on a big bike. Age 14, some might say that we broke the speed limit....but I say we just stretched it a little.

And a few weeks ago. looking at her dads bike.

And just yesterday, we were walking thru the garage at her house, and she pointed at her dads bike and said "mo-hia-hoe". I suspect that might be the first 3 syllable word she has pronounced.

Oh, Hey, speaking of influence: Look at the change in her dad's bike.

Back in the film camera days I sometimes liked to play around with double exposures. This one dates from 1978.

Doesn't have to be a grandkid, but a photo of your bike with a young person. Could be a son, daughter, neighbour's kid or maybe some young person that admired your bike at a coffee shop. I think we can be fairly lax as to what age "young" would be...14ish?

Don dpepe gets my vote. The picture just stops me in my tracks. The smiles get me, and I imagine are great for don wether are some close family member (past and present or not) or some random long gone neighbor.

I have to believe the double exposure was intentional the way one is arranged with the other. And both are great captures of the scene, each with two people, so four times the difficult (or maybe to power of four).
and that is capture of light through the lens ( Not later manipulation).

if anybody wants to know how to do that on a 1970s camera.
take one picture, push the release button meant to allow rewind film, throw the lever meant to advance film and rearm the shutter but the film doesn’t advance, take the next exposure.
