A lot of great entries this week, the increased participation tells me riding season is ending in a lot of places. I keep going back to Cowboy's Black and White covered bridge. That's my vote this week.

Some interesting pics, some of which say "Under" more than others.
Mine and Kerfunk and Dorkb'r seem to say 'under' the most. Dorkb'r bike is definitely under (and some of the bike is in front of) a big definite shadow, so assume some awning or roof or something is above, and the bike is under the roof, but not in the shadow.
baatfam is interesting for the good focus on the stuff that is under the valve cover, and the rest of the bike is a soft focus but not enough to really notice is out of focus, but just enough that keeps your attention on the main intent of the picture .
Murdock is interesting for how well it shows everything from front wheel to exhaust to engine to swingarm to rearwheel. Lots to look at. At first I thought would be better if front end turned so wheel not in picture blocking view of pipes. But then, No, is better with the wheel in there, it adds to the impression of how long it is and adds to the perspective of all in a long straight line, and compares front tire to back tire, hey, its a dragster.
But I keep coming back to Rich750.
I cant say specifically why. Maybe is that the view is so familiar, but yet dont typically really see it from exactly from that perspective (duh, maybe because wheel is right there would would have to have my head). Well exposed pipes and such (not easy for shiny things), not really any definite shadows, but yet the light is such that the pipes stand out in front from the engine case behind.
Maybe not the most 'under' pic, but I know would have to be somewhat 'under' to get that perspective. And the picture that I find the most interesting. So my vote is for Rich750.Last edited by Redman; 12-13-2019, 12:45 PM.http://webpages.charter.net/ddvrnr/GS850_1100_Emblems.jpg

I think my vote this week will have to be for Redman. Appropriate to theme and just a well composed shot. The structure, water and pier provide an almost impressionist image framed by the sharply focused motorcyle and asphalt in the foreground.

Several very, very nice photos this week. Redman, Sandy, Burque are just a few that stood out.
But there were two that really jumped out at me, and I've been looking at them on and off all day, trying to decide.
Rich82's and Cowboyup's B&W photos.
I love the composition of both, they are well thought out, and executed. Just flat out, very pleasing photos to look at.
In a very close call, Cowboyup gets my vote. Nicely done, Scott.Bob T. ~~ Play the GSR weekly photo game: Pic of Week Game

Good evening all,
It came down to Redman and Rich for me. I like Rich's black and white and composition, and how the muted colors on Redman's look black and white with the only giveaway that it's not is the sand and the building in the distance.
