            LOL...GoPro....

GoPros can take still photos. High resolution still photos.
And I think the newer ones take 4 or 6K video, which can give great stills.

As for mine, that was just a frame grab from a GoPro stuck on the front of the bike.
Just standard 720p HD video, so the frame grab, original photo was fairly low resolution.

                  “Looking in, Looking out”

Looking in from outside, or, looking out from inside, either.
So if several people were to look at the picture, and try to describe it, they would say either “.... looking in....” OR else “..... looking out....”
(I mean OR in the logical sense, either. Sometimes people say “or” when what the actually mean is the logical “and”.)

will come up up with some example pics later. Am away from my archive this morning (yah, that is the world I live in)

                  >> (later in afternoon) Examples-samples.
Inside, looking out. In this case, inside a tunnel under railroad track, looking out. (ALthough I suppose someone could say is more "under" a bridge.)

                  ANother:

Outside, looking In. In this case the same place as previous pic, looking into the tunnel. (again, someone could say is more "looking through".)

(Such details are left to the individaul voter, of how much they like the photo and how well it fits the stated theme-category.)

Life is a balancing act, enjoy every day, "later" will come sooner than you think. Denying yourself joy now betting you will have health and money to enjoy life later is a bad bet.
