Ha, it's definitely a scooter. Older then me, 4 HP, and tops out a 40 MPH according to the "your speed" sign by the local high school.

As a fairly unimaginative moop I was surprised by the creative answers to my theme idea. You guys are good.
I think Mr burque was closest to my industrial thing hidden in plain sight theme. There's one of those trees hiding a cell tower near here and it's super silly.
