What a cool pic to be converted to B/W. From my phone's screen it totally looks like water in the background with waves breaking on the rocks just behind your bike.

Thank you. The original image is below. A real throw-away shot. Camera(iPhone) just didn’t seem to capture what I was seeing. I almost deleted it. Then I started playing with various levels, mostly removing the color and playing with contrast. It totally transformed the shot. Definitely made it a keeper.

Taken at the same moment, this original photo also needed a lot of work. It has become one of my favorites. I have it as the screensaver on both monitors of my work pc.

Am away from photo acrchive this week.
Drove a 1000 miles south and was only 20 degF warmer. Is better now that we are leaving tommorow.

Trever this week. The focus on the bike is perfect.

Enjoyed all the pics. B&W is a difficult medium to work with. Modern day programs converting to B&W don't seem to b the same as a film.
