Thanks Dave,
It was strange. The sun was out, but didn't shine. It was a bit confusing yesterday when I couldn't find the sun on a cloudless morning.sigpic

Glen, that's beautiful. If I had one criticism, though, it would be to straight that horizon line. Other than that, that's a killer shot.Rich

Thanks Rich.
I really liked the subtle shadows on the mist cast by the trees...
About that horizon line.... that place is frustrating in that it's an odd shaped reservior and oftentimes, even if the camera is perfectly level, the shape of the place causes the horizon to look crooked. That plus the dead trees that are rarely straight have caused me to either not use images or try to find a happy (as can be) medium between appearing level and plumb. This one could have very well been crooked due to operator error. I was in an awkward position. I did adjust it a bit already.sigpic

And, it is a very, very simple and easy fix with just about any photo program.

Thanks Bob, since I'm not working, I've been getting up around 5 30 and heading over there for a couple of hours each morning. Its helping me keep somewhat a routine. I may change it up with the moon coming back around and frustrate myself some more with night work.sigpic

The question is, when you hang pictures, do you hang them level to the ceiling or the floor?Komorebi-The light filtering through the trees.
