Some old movies I particurly liked

I like to find good old movies I haven't seen before.

I watched a short documentary on the making of this film, and it truly looks to be impressive. The filmmakers seem to have understood how important getting the scale of the story represented is, and how critical it is to have the right actors play the lead roles in each faction. I'll definitely be seeing it.

Back to Dune....Just read this and I am getting a little excited. Maybe the full theater experience.

Don't know if I posted this one before, but I absolutely loved Rare Exports. Stumbled across it on one of the streaming services a few years ago. Can't seem to find it now. Certainly is a refreshing change from the Hollywood stuff. Might just be my favorite Christmas/Horror/Comedy film.

I'm too devoted a cinema geek to have waited this long. As soon as I was vaccinated, I was watching films on the big screen when the cinemas reopened.

The wife didn't want anything to do with it, we have a significant free-dumb issue around these parts.

Sunny AZ has that same need for free-dumb. Thankfully, the theaters required masks and operated at 25% capacity.

Dune looks to have a lot characters to squeeze into one movie even at two hours and 35 minutes running time. I would for sure want to make a bathroom stop before taking my seat.
