To be fair replacing the engine and entire drive train on any 2013 luxury car wouldn't be cheap either, plus Finland has 24% VAT( Value Added Tax). As for scrapping a 2013 ICE car that would be common as well if the you needed an entire drive train, the value of the car would've dropped so much it wouldn't be worthwhile, just apply the expenses to a new vehicle.1979 CBX, AW440 Maico, GS1150EF
