NICE Buffalo!! I've had mine since about '79. Its lost alot of weight over the yrs. Take a look at my photo album for a picture of it. Ya can't beat the sound and powerband of a modded 2-stroke!
WillieCommon sense has become so uncommon that I consider it a super power.
Present Stable includes:
'74 GT750 Resto-mod I've owned since '79
'83 GS1100E (The best E I've ever enjoyed, Joe Nardy's former bike)
'82 GS1100G Resto project

You got the pipes from Jemco? They are about 10 minutes from my house in Houston. They have made several custom cans for me; one upswept can for my Yoshi and one for a Harris system. I knew they were very big with the 2 stroke crowd. Absolutely love the Kettle. Will have to do one of those for sure soon.

Front Fender is from a Ducati Monster modified to fit the Busa front end and look period classic. My Katana in the back ground with son piloting it at Indy.

The OE beefy GT750 has a great stalwart of a two stroke motor with its liquid cooling. The modern suspension has done wonders for the handling and it is quite transformed. The buffalo was my first real street bike when I was 18 so it is special.

I can tell you and I have similar good taste in vintage 70's & 80's Suzukis. I really can appreciate that metallic black paint, finished frame and that motor of yours is awesome in black finish. You have quite an amazing specimen and that motor build....drool. I cannot wait to see a video of your moded GT750 flying down the road on full pipe....

I will definitely get the go pro going in the spring cause at 8-10k rpm it has an ungodly howl that is reminiscent of Barry Sheens TR at 200 mph. Well you know. It is a blast to ride and people just can't understand where that sound comes from. Smokers rule. With the porting in this mill it makes it a poor street motor and I am having issues with low speed response made worse by those 38s so come springtime they might go.
Your Neighbor did a NICE job on the paint. It's funny that is the color you selected cause Charcoal metallic is a color I almost decided to go with, it looks good on your bike for sure. It hit 65 degrees here in Indiana yesterday so it was time to roll project "Bad Buffalo" out of the garage for a rip in the spring air. I got a new video camera mount I was experimenting with so I placed it on the tripple right behind the Tach. It's a pretty cool perspective and shows how the modified two stroke loves to live on the red side of the Tach. It is So much fun wringing the GT 750's neck! Each video is in HD and less than a minute and a half. If you like the howl of two strokes turn up your volume.

Hitting some turns
Modified Suzuki GT 750 hitting some turns. On board camera view of tach and sound of Jemco's revving into the red.
