        Well, if you didn't crush it then I'd say it's carb dip time (if you have any that is). Or...get a new needle. I bought some from these guys and they seemed fine...http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...ilpage_o03_s00

            Got the new float valve needle. Floats still sitting perfectly.

            I put the carb back on. Verified the airway is clean from the filter to the carb. Drained the old gas and put fresh gas in. Verified that on both main tank and reserve gas moves through the petcock. Replaced the spark plugs with OEM replacements gapped to spec and made sure I'm getting a solid blue spark on each one.

            Still won't start by kicking or the electric start. The electric start makes a whole lot of noise like it's trying to do something, but there isn't a hint of activity in the engine. When I kick I can hear and feel a little more movement, but still nothing.

            Not even sure what to try next. It's gotta be something simple, anyone have any advice?
