Do you remember why? I can't remember what they changed, they went the same as far as power and acceleration, looked about the same, somehow it just wasn't as fun to ride but I can't remember the details. My dad's 360 was exactly as fast as my friend's 350 but not as fun.

Ya know Tom, it's been a while but if memory serves me correctly it was motor issues. Had a few recalls too. Everything else was basically a 350. The transmission was a six speed.

The 360 had top end lubrication issues. Chewed up the cams, rockers and bearing surfaces if you thrashed it for too long.

I remember cam chain tensioner issues as well.
They also went to a 6 speed and cut back on the power slightly, i believe in the aid of better gas mileage. Unfortunately that was a concern at the time.

Rode a 350 some, never tried the 360. A buddy owned the 360 for a short while, said it had a variable speed transmission. Yup, sometimes it had 6 speeds, sometimes it didn't.

I think the CB350 was fun because it was light, fast and maybe cheap?

Shes in the garage. Barn dirt so thick my allergies are at warp speed just being near it. After work tomorrow I will take some "as it came off the trailer pics before cleaning" pics. I am thinking power wash it, check the valves, get the carbs straightened out, and do some very light oxidation removal from the engine and leave it like it is.

Needs a clutch lever. tail light lens, and a replacement rear fender because its bent pretty bad from when it fell over on the guy. Tank is like the day it left the factory on the inside.

Hope for the best! These Honda's clean up nice. This $500.00 bike sat at the back of a garage for 20 years. Some chemicals and elbow grease is all it took:

I've told this story a thousand times but it still makes me laugh when I think about it.

When I was 18or19 I had a Honda 360T. I would go to the Honda dealership about every other payday. There was a cute parts girl that worked there. I would buy all kinds of things for the bike. The one time I asked for a oil filter for a 1976 360T. The parts girl looked and looked but couldn't find one. She finally went back to ask the mechanic, he came out with a disgusted look on his face and told me "The 360T Doesn't have a oil filter! " I felt like such a idiot
