Well, there's a "usable" RPM range...after that it's just noise and no power....the HP and Torque ratings don't just keep going up, yah know...

...I spose it ...also depends on how big a cam you have.............................................. .....................

          In the odd chance that someone wishes to try their hand at some GT750 performance mods...here...some interesting reading. {love the sound of a piped 2 stroke}

          - 3-3 tuned pipes are still available, but I like the oem 3-4 look actually.
          - Gast might be able to do some tweeking on the Suzis like they did on the Kawi H-1/H-2s

Well, if I get the bike, I know what my helmet is going to look like.

Would that make me the Grand Poobah of the Loyal Order of GSR?

Right you are, Allie. Thank you for giving me an out. That helmet would have way too much wind resistance.

What I DO care about when riding is comfort. That is why most of the bikes in my stable have similar seats.

And, for anyone that sees those seats on my bikes, I figure they fall into two categories:
                        1. Wow, what an ugly seat.
                        2. Wow, that guy must do a LOT of riding.

Those who recognize the comfort of the seat will accept it and appreciate it for what it is.

By the way, there are MANY things on my GS that most members here would simply shake their head at, but there is the underlying theme of "do what you want, it's YOUR bike". I have applied that to ME.

                        .
I disagree, those seats where never comfortable for me - ever.

                        And they defined fugly.

But as you say - to each their own.

There was a customer that finally figured out that he was better off at another shop. He had every bell, whistle, toy, trinket, gadget, farkle, you name it, he probably had it.

The wiring nightmare he created was bad enough, but the fact he did that to a motorcycle - come on, if you need all that crap, use your car.

I wonder how many accidents are caused by a motorcyclist with too much crap taking his focus off what he should be focusing on -

Ramble mode off - I found my multi-tester and am switching it to ohmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
