Has anyone else get an error message when trying to log in?? Are they in the area where the hurricane went through and currently shut down?? Have been expecting some airbox boots i ordered 3 or 4 weeks ago.

I was under the impression that they were out of business. I know the last order that I placed, a couple years ago, I never received, and it took going to my credit card company to get a refund. I never tried using them again after that episode.

I use Rocky Mountain ATV for all my OEM parts.

When I die, just cremate me and put me in my GS tank. That way I can go through these carbs, one more time!https://www.thegsresources.com/_forum/core/images/smilies/cool.png

Bike Bandit went belly up, but never heard that Parts Outlaw did.

I read about Bike Bandit doing their dirty deed. My customers been very patient. I havent even got a shipping confirmation from outlaw. Im hoping its due to the hurricane. Dont know why the error message shows up though.

You could try calling DeLand Motorsports, the parent company.

                  UPDATE
Called them today and they have my parts and will ship them today.
As for the website they decided to do away with it and if you want to do business with them you got to call. I explained that thousands of people a day used the fiches to find parts and also to at least get part numbers for NLA parts so we could do eBay searches of defunct part numbers.
They didn't seem to care and maybe my reasoning will change their mind.
I told them that by doing away with parts Outlaw they're gonna create a huge amount of phone traffic that's gonna get way out of control. Seems that they're cutting off their nose to me.

Glad you got it sorted out. Seems kind'f odd they're going away from computers and back to phones, everything I've seen for past several yrs. is going the other direction.

I ordered from Parts Outlaw (Deland Motorsports) for the last time a few years ago. My order was a sh!tshow of multiple shipments before I finally got most of it and canceled the rest.
Conversely, all of my orders from www.partshark.com have been great, and they have the same fiches with part numbers.

I think a lot of the change to tradition point of contact is that a internet presence is a target for every crook in the wide world.
Crooks return the parts they replace pretending they are defectives sent by thee company and do illegitimate stops on CC payments.
Plus there is a lot of overhead for the website. Clearly these folks did a cost benefit analysis and chose profitability.
A lot of vendors get nibbled on by Amazon as well

Let us know how it goes. In full disclosure, my last orders from partshark were pre-Covid. I think a lot of things have changed since.

Same for me... long time ago but I had a good experience with Shark. RockyMountain ATV just seem to have gone from strength to strength. I'd have no problem ordering anything from those guys based on my past experiences (and someone here lives down the street from them if I remember correctly, I don't remember who though!)
