The new Duc Scrambler..anyone rode it?

I was on my rounds taking the vintage Japanese show posters to local dealers today when at the Ducati dealer a salesman I know said "you gotta take out a scrambler for a ride:...glad I did! What a blast!
I think it would be a perfect Island bike. The only change I would have made right away on the one I took out would to add lower bars. I took it on the highway and some rougher back roads.

Myself and another friend signed up for the Ducati Scrambler Ride at the Motorcycle show back in Jan. neither of us heard back from them.

I heard later that they were sold out of them, so that's why we didn't get the invite.

I've seen a few on the road and one was for sale on CL here last week but nope never ridden one yet.

      Nice looking bikes.

I love the look. I'm too afraid to try it, I might want one afterwards. I think it would be a great bike to explore the VT roads on and I love the look.
I should swing by the Ducati dealer and take a closer look...

Cool bike, but....for 1/3 of the price I have a DL650 that will really go in the rougher stuff, travel twice as far on a tank of fuel and probably is more comfortable and just as much fun...and still go on all the paved highways and byways and is very nimble.
