Just picked this up the other day. Needs some work, but it was cheap. For those that are concerned, it will be mostly a restoration.

Oh, and sorry for the crappy cell phone pic in a dark garage.........

Flak - I had some Motobits on my Honda CL175. They were a little pricy, but I loved them. Aside from the brake linkage needing a little modification (which I knew beforehand), they bolted right on and worked flawlessly.

If I had the funds I'd buy a new bike but it's just not happening now.
Bugger! I hear ya'... been there done that before my 450 was done... now I'd be morbid if I had to do without it again...

Cool, thanks for that. They actually appear a little cheaper than the Raask equivalents and the reports on the Raask ones indicate average build quality. Not enough to complain but enough that they become expensive for what they are.

The Motobits look a little better from the photos.

You'll have to post up once you get her neatened and finished, should look awesome!

The tank is beat up bad. The color of the tank is kinda neat though. It looked purple when i first bought the bike but now is a deep blue for some reason. I will be modifying the tank for my knees and bars. Then painting the entire bike this winter. The rear sets are motobits. They have more applications then what is just on their site. I am very happy with them. I spent too much for them but whatever.

Now i can ride and slowly finish the million loose ends and the fit and finsh issues that i feel the bike has.

Hard to tell with the 300 but that bridge could sure use a coat of paint

Free exhaust completed. Please don't mind the MIG welds. Would have tig but old rusty chromed metal; i didnt want to be breathing in all the fumes for a long time and plus its getting wrapped anyways.

    Love the headlight screen.
Thanks Jake! Going by the cracks I've seen in other guys' screens and visors I'm doubly glad I put that on now!
