The 1983 GS450GA has proven to be an interesting and wonderful bike since I got it a few months ago, but I have a noticeable engine vibration around 40-45 mph when in "D". Is this normal or a problem? Thanks. (Should say that this forum has been fantastic in helping me with a couple of minor problems.)

Mike,
Unfortunately, the GS450GA does not have a tach. I can guess what RMP and see if the engine vibrate at that approximate RMP, but it is raining right now. This is also the speed (mph) where the torque converter locks up.
