That material is most likely fine, but it's a little hard to tell from the description. Make sure it's the same thickness as the original gasket, and not so soft that it squirms out of position when the cover is clamped down.Ed

I use realgasket for my "G" model, the material is fairly thick and it can be cut if you torque it down too much, but if used properly it seals great and will last a very long time. Mine was $ 31 plus shipping but is worth it, it doesn't stick to the surface.
