timing chain tensioners inspection - are they gone?

I took apart my top end today.
didn't find any visible damage but i think the timing chain needs replacing.
i took pictures of the tensioners inside the engine, is it excessive wear?

Head cover, there are chain marks visible on the metal, bad?

Front tensioner,do these grooves supposed to be there?

    Rear tensioner, also deep grooves

does this mean i need to replace the timing chain and tensioners? can it be done without splitting the cases?
    Thanks

yup you need to split the case and replace the guides and chain, its worth it though because you'll never do it again after that.

Looks like that rear giude is completely toast. and if you see any cracks in them then sooner or later they will come apart.

tensioner should be fine though. IF in doubt get a manual one.

The front giude normally has that groove in it, and it doesn't look bad. Replace if you see any cracking.

the top looks like it was reved high with a loose chain. its fine but its just another sign of a worn chain
