oil egress from bottom to the cams? 1983 gs450T

1983 GS450T I have looked at the clymers and I cannot see how oil gets from the bottom end to the cams? There are 8 bolts/studs, and two locator pins. Does the oil come through the two locator pins? There is a rubber surround on the head gasket on each of the 4 outside stud holes... Is the stud holes on the outside edge where pressure oil goes?
There is no outside oil line...

Yup, oil goes up around the outermost studs.

Thanks.... I am doing a budget overhaul. I plan to use some permatex spray gasket on the head gasket because it came off so well. a brush on the valve seat with the Sirta machine. Grind the faces, and chop off 010" off the top to see if I can get one of the shims within measuring range. Right now it is tight with a .0015" feeler. The shims in use measure .105" and .102" Three of the thicker and one of .102" Lucky I have a reasonable Suzuki dealer with a few shims. I hope to have it running in a week.

Thanks for the answer to my simple question....

And yes we here in the Great White north are very metricated, but my old Starrett gauges are all in English.

      Mike....

      Happy Birthday America!
