Where can I find 1983 GS450TXZ Gasket Kit?

Looking to do a rebuild this winter of my 1983 GS450TXZ. Have had no luck finding a gasket kit. Any ideas?

Buy individual gaskets from Suzuki. Aftermarket gasket kits suck. There are literally dozens of different places that sell OEM Suzuki parts online so let google (or search here) for suggestions, or just hit up your local dealer.

The first thing you are going to have to do is figure out what bike you really have.

      I understand the 1983 part.

      I understand the GS450 part.

I understand the T, but the X and the Z are model year designations for 1981 and 1982, so what do you really have?

      If you truly have a 1983 GS450T, it would be a GS450TD.

@Steve - I have been wondering that myself. The VIN sticker says TXZ and has a 1981 manufacture date, I have been calling it an 83 because the only wiring diagram that matches my bike the manual I have says 1983 TX...

Thanks for the advice Nessism. The bike is coming along, I just have a rhythmic knock that develops during idle only. It goes away when I put the engine under load. Guessing cam chain but might as well take everything apart this winter and check it out to make sure it is not a bearing.

OK, I have looked a bit more and found that there was a "TX" model that covered a few years. The "Z" would show that it was for the '82 model year, but they had to start production in '81 in order to introduce them, usually late October/early November. If your production date is Aug, 1981 or later, it is actually an '82 (which is confirmed by the"Z").

What manual are you using? BassCliff has a 450 manual on his little website, but it is a Clymer.
There are also some wiring diagrams (don't know the source), one of them is for a 450.
