    gr650 oil streams from head

I have a gr650. Removed airbox a while back and haven been running pods. This morning the bike was running a little bit underpowered and I noticed that when I give it a lot of throttle and stream of oil is spraying out of my head through (if memory serves me correct) an intake port that ran from the middle of the head to the factory airbox. I expect it might be normal for a little bit of oil to leak from there but this is a full stream spraying as if it was coming out of a fountain. Any one know what could be causing this?

    Your breather hose?
If so it's either a broken ring or a blown head gasket.

Chef, I'm not doubting by any means. But why do you say the head gasket?

Pressure from the compression/oil forcing itself under the valve cover will come out the crankcase ventilation.

Yes it is coming from the ventilation. It just seems like an awful lot to just be blow by. I guess I will pull the head tomorrow and take a look. If I can remember then I will get some video of it beforehand.

Curious, did you properly rejet your GR650 after the pods install???. If it ran too lean for too long you'll toast the rings, or worse burn a hole in the piston.
