    gs450 valve shim cart

Can anyone point me in the right direction for finding a valve shim chart? Or is it universal between all suzukis?

What are you looking for? Something to track your current shims and what you could change them to? Send an email to Steve (name and username here, find his profile) for his valve adjustment spreadsheet.

How to do the adjustment? Check out Basscliff's site for instructions - http://members.dslextreme.com/users/bikecliff

Thanks! That's exactly what I'm looking for. A chart/ spreadsheet showing what size shims I need to adjust to depending how out of adjustment each valve is. I didn't know if the spreadsheet would be different between models.

The one in the Service Manual has all of that.

Yep, that happens to be in every version of the service manual, too.

I'll email Steve. I've got the repair manual but for the life of me I can't seem to find it.

The 450 manual listed there isn't the official Suzuki one, but as far as shims go the information in any of the two valve engines will be the same.
