Bet you are glad you didnt dive in feet first and tear the engine apart without checking the simple things first!
Happy you sorted it out so easy, we all make silly errors at some point.......and learn from them.

Use this program (link below). I have used this program for 10 years. It is absolutely free, removes all Metadata, and reduces pictures to small sizes, but the pictures themselves are still large. It would take too long to explain how a large picture can be small.. My forum deals with images mostly, and virtually all the members use it. I have around 50K members. It is an incredibly powerful image manipulator, you can do amazing things with it, and change the picture format to whatever you wish. It has a great cropping feature also. It will manage your photos but not take them over.

XNViewMP Link = (scroll down a little to get to the free program, they only charge businesses) https://www.xnview.com/en/xnviewmp/

There is another way. The preferred method used by most people on the forum, because of space constraints on the forum, is to use a picture hosting website such as Imgur or Flickr. After your pics are uploaded to the hosting site, you copy the BBCode of the image and paste it here in your post. It can be fiddly work on a phone, but doable, and gets easier with practice. Details in my signature. Someday I’ll try Suzukians method, cause I’m nerdy like that.

Well, you’re getting close. You’ve got the Imgur account set up.

That's a fairly attractive seat. Custom?

                  thank you,
that's a complete new seat and metal pan from Texavina.
$200. looks pretty good. really wide and hard.
                  I hope it breaks in.
but considering my pan was swisss cheese can't beat the price.
a local shop wanted almost $1000.

That is a really nice looking seat, and it looks really comfortable. I wish I could find a seat for my bike, I may have to recover it and use a Gel Pad. I like the fork boots too. I may be putting those on my bikes, I'm convinced they keep out the grit from getting in there, and if they do leak, at least the fluid doesn't pour down the fork leg and screw up your brake pads.

Re: Pictures on this forum and XMViewMP
I don't allow Imgur on my forum as it is extremely picture based. If a thread does not have a picture for every step if needed), it is deleted because it becomes useless. We require that pictures be uploaded directly. We've had fantastic threads where the persons do not keep up their Imgur account, and we lose 100's of pictures. I've deleted those threads as they are useless (I always ask the person if they are going to restore the pictures first). We are a model making forum and pictures are essential. I understand having to save space on a server, but I have gone through so many threads on this forum where the picture deleted, and reading the paragraphs describing the modifications just doesn't cut it. Nothing is 100%, we have some people who are diligent about their post. and I allow them to use photo hosting services. They have models they have been working on for 3 years or more, and do not want to lose any progress pics. XNViewMP reduces the file size, while maintaining a large picture, but small data usage by removing metadata, and other useless data that is attached to the picture, and it's FREE, one of the most powerful picture manipulation and management programs out there, and it's FREE! IMHO
