    GS300L head gasket sealant?

I am going to re-assemble my 1983 Suzuki GS300L D model engine tomorrow.. Do i need to use any type of gasket sealant on the upper or lower head gaskets? Or, do i just bolt it on at the specified torque and call it good?
I have the parts of the manual that i need, already printed off. ITS GONNA GET DONE I'm gonna start it while its sitting on a table in my shop class too, that should be pretty cool.

    Thanks guys,
    KT

No sealer goop on the gaskets.

Did you surface the gasket surfaces or at least verify they are properly flat? Hate to see you get leaks because the surface wasn't ready.
