can i put a GK engine in a 1000L?

Hi,
i have a GK engine laying around and i want to put it in my 1000GL project.
Can i put this engine in it with the rubber cushions?
i didnt know that the GK engine was rubber mounted.

As long as they are both shaft drive it will fit I would try and use the GK motor mounts if you can/ they might need minor modifications

Yes both are shaftdrive and i still have all the GK mounts.

I taked some mesurement and the only problem are the fixed mounts on the frame.
The lower rear and the lower left side mount.
i can always cut them and reweld them but my rubber bushings are not new.
I need new ones.
I will probably machine solid bushing from aluminiun to replace the rubber one.With this i will be able to mount the engine into the 1000L without modification to the frame.
