Call Z1 and talk to a human. They have a lot more parts available than they list on their web site, and are very knowledgeable. They will be able to tell you what size your chain is, how many links you need, and the chains available for you. You are aware of a couple of things: Installing a new chain on worn sprockets will lessen chain life, and using a non-oring chain will also decrease chain life. I understand budgetary constraints, I am just pointing this out.
You may wish to seek out a true Suzuki Service Manual.

Ok I found one but now I have another question. TCK gave me some sprockets for it. The front sprocket he gave me is a 14 tooth and it says the bike takes a 16 tooth. Will this make any difference.I didnt do it I swear !!
