    oil cooler question..

i am looking for a part or part number. problems is i don't know the name of it. it has to do w/ the oil cooler. from what i understand there is a stock part that you can reroute the oil to go into your oil cooler. if any of you know the part name and/or number it would be greatly appriciated if you would let me know it. thanks.

Err, that's 4 valve per cylinder times four cylinders. Lynn has it right; you need an 1150 oil filter cover. You can plumb the oil cooler using ports already on the bottom of the lower engine case. You might want to try the advanced search function here to dig out info on how to plumb the lines (this topic is quite common).

I have a cooler with lines already plumbed into the oil filter cover... I bought it from TCK. It works perfectly and is for sale if you need the whole system ready to install. I am going to use this engine in a different frame for racing so I need a different system... Let me know if you want particulars...
