    Question about engine numbers

I posted awhile back about my gf unknowingly buying a stolen gsxr 750 a few years ago with mismatched #s and the drama with the police and insurance company that followed... Finally got around to just tearing it down and selling it for parts to get her something else, and I'm wondering about identifying #s on the engine that can tell me the displacement.. In taking the bike down to the frame, it's easy to see that it has been done before, and I want to be sure of the displacement before I go selling it to someone. Any pointers??

Cast into the front of the cylinders, there will be something like 843cc which shows displacement.

Life is too short to ride an L.

Thanks for the quick reply. I've scoured the thing, and the only #s I find are "34E E-1" cast into the front of the cylinder block, and "5TWS" etched into the side.
