    A nice valve adjustment video

    He makes it look simple but I doubt it is.

    He made it much harder by doing it with one hand, leaving the other to hold the camera.

    It's really not very hard, but you DO have to pay attention to details. The cams have to be in certain positions for the clearance checks.
    He mentioned something about the lobe pointing the right direction, but was not clear that in that position, you check BOTH valves on that side.

    He also kept switching between Imperial and metric measurements, which will get you into trouble REAL FAST.

    The idea of a smaller "check shim" is great when you have had head work done or are starting with an unknown engine.
    Once you have done an adjustment and recorded your measurements (hint: read my sig), you will have a good idea what shims you will need next time.

      It's strange how many people over look this, it can lead to some incredibly expensive failures. MPL comes to mind.
