1983 GS 1100 GK carb mounts/boots

So, mine are done! I emailed the local supplier but I would like to know if anyone knows where else these can be had. The boots from an 84 GS750E were a little too small so I am betting the 1100 came with 36mm CVs if that's any help.

The only source for intake boots is Suzuki.

Just order new ones from your favorite source for OEM Suzuki parts, and you won't need to care about the size of the carbs, other than pure curiosity.

You'll also need eight 6X16mm stainless socket head (allen head) screws, but you can get these from any decent hardware store.

GS1000, GSX1000, GS1100, GSX1100 all came with BS34SS carbs. GS850, GSX700/750 came with BS32SS.

That's good to know. I got quoted $39.95 each boot and $14 for o-rings + extra for shipping of course from the local guys. I haven't dug out my vernier calipers yet but there are 6 motorbikes and half a volvo in my garage right now
