1979 GS550 fluid change... Just oil or is there more?!
Finally got my bike running tonight and now I would love to change all of the fluids... Is the motor / transmission fluid all in one on a 1979 GS500 or are they seperate?? If someone could please let me know what all has to be changed for a full fluid change that would be awesome.. I dont need details on how to do it, just what all needs to be done... Thanks a million guys!Tags: None

Like most Japanese motorcycles the motor and transmission oil are shared. One plug and you're done, unless you change the filter.
