    GS1000GL clutch

Whats a good aftermarket clutch for the the above bike? the plates are fine (assuming so, the bike doesnt shutter on take off), im assuming the springs are just getting weak.

If it's just slipping a bit, replace the springs only

    The plates last forever

Stock springs or Z1 stocks some aftermarket ones
    1978 GS 1000 (since new)
1979 GS 1000 (The Fridge, superbike replica project)
    1978 GS 1000 (parts)
    1981 GS 850 (anyone want a project?)
    1981 GPZ 550 (backroad screamer)
    1970 450 Mk IIID (THUMP!)
    2007 DRz 400S
    1999 ATK 490ES
    1994 DR 350SES

Checking on OEM, the parts numbers for the GL are different from the E for some reason

I always thought they were the same motor

Fibers are $21.11 from the dealer

Slight slippage is common as the springs wear.

I'd definitately start there and see what happens
