    Cam sprocket bolts

I got a used exhaust cam to replace the one in my 16v 1100. Some PO had bolted the cover on without removing the tach gear and damaged the gears on the cam. The cams appear and mic. the same but the new one has bigger holes to moumt the cam chain sprocket. Can I dril out the sprocket and use bigger bolts or is it more complicated than that. Any idea what this cam is from?

Yes, you can drill out the holes in the sprocket. You got a later model cam than what you had before. It will work fine. Just get the sprocket installed in the RIGHT place, & time the cams correctly. Ray.
