1981 Gs 853 driven gear nut torque

I thought I lost my tranny in my 1980 GS850L. I found an engine from an 81 GS850 for $100.00. For some reason the guy removed the coupling for the shaft. When I pulled my engine, I found the the shaft broke off the pinion. Whats the torque for the coupling nut?

      Hi Steve,

Thanks for the quick reply. Now maybe I can get this together and slide the replacement in. Then we can ride again. I sure did miss her.LOL
