have access to a 96 katana 600
Ive got access to a 96 katana 600 motor. I'm working on a 1980 gs550l. Would any parts from the 600 be compatible with the gs motor? I was thinking if the transmission could be swapped, I'd opt for the 6 spd over the 5. If anything else is cmopatible it might be worth my time to look into. Let me know what you think.
Thanks.Tags: None

I added a GS700E to my GS500 frame...
Required a new front and rear mount plate assembly to be made...and adapted the rear swingarm too..lotsa work..but WORTH IT!
