For the rear wheel splines, you can often get them cheaper if you buy a whole wheel from an appropriate year off Ebay. If you just search for spines, the seller usually knows the value of what he is selling and jacks up the price. I believe the new Boulevards use the same spline and you can get a new silver one for about $100 from an online vendor.1983 GS 1100 Guided Laser

I find working on my motorcycle mildly therapeutic when I'm not cursing.

Wow. Y'all area a godsend. My problem is I don't know what parts are interchangeable between years/models.
If the 80 1000GT secondary drive is the same as my 82 1100GL, I'll snap that right up.
I've been looking for splines as part of a wheel, but I'm not sure what the "good" years are after 1982.
Thanks, guys. You're saving my a$$.

Will this spline work on my 82 GS1100GL? I think so!

I'm pretty sure the 1000 and 1100 secondary drives are the same. I sold one from a 1000 to a member here and he installed into a 1100. You might want to check part numbers using one of the various on-line parts fishe. http://www.alpha-sports.com/suzuki_parts.htmEd
